Sing a New Song to the Lord

It's probably not surprising to those who know me or sit around me at prayer meetings or church to know that I love singing the Lord's praises. The music starts and it's like the Holy Spirit sets my vocal chords a dancing and the music comes out often the louder the better (sigh .. . .).

How blessed we are to live at a time AND in the community where the Lord has inspired so M A N Y beautiful scripturally based songs encouraging us to Sing a new song -- PRAISE GOD.
Every day and every time during the day the Lord calls us to what He is doing with us and through us. How wonderful is it that he is always calling out new songs and new praises. The Lord loves the old but it is in his very nature to call out newness in our lives as well as in the Community we live in.
Lord, open us more and more to be part of what you are doing in the world. Inspire us to draw closer and closer to You so that we become part of what YOU want to do. Bless us as we more and more sing out your praises to a world so much in need.
